De Facto Relationships
Couples in de facto relationships have the same rights and entitlements as married couples when it comes to matters regarding property settlement and parenting orders. However, it may be harder that it seems to prove that a defacto relationships exists in the first place. All relationships are different, and therefore there is no concrete rule.
